The GA044GZ is equipped with paddle type switch with lock-on function for continuous use, side handle installable on either side of the tool, electric brake for increased operator safety and anti-restart function to minimise motor start-up when the battery is inserted with the switch locked on. The GA044GZ features X-LOCK mechanism, designed to enable the installation and removal of X-LOCK wheels with a single action without a tool to minimise over-tightening and loosening of wheels; simply pull the lever and the X-LOCK wheel can be removed. GA044GZ also features Active Feedback Sensing Technology (AFT) designed to shut down the motor if the rotation speed suddenly slows or the wheel is forced to stop and Auto-Start Wireless System (AWS) to connect to a compatible vacuum cleaner with Bluetooth (chip 198900-7 required, sold separately). 1 year manufacturer warranty with a further 2 years when registered within 30 days of purchase.
