Comes with all accessories pictured-- not complete. Good condition. Her hair is soft and uncut with no missing plugs. Her body is a bit yellowed/dicolored looking, but not too bad. Her neck seam is a bit loose on one side if you pull at it, but the head doesn't turn. She has some light surface dirt and stray marks in spots-- she may improve with a better cleaning though. She may have other minor flaws not mentioned or photographed. She also has little to no paint wear to her eyes and blush. Her glittery symbols are also in good shape with little to no wear.
